Welcome to Give Yoga Memphis

Wednesday, 05 August 2009 by Hannah

As the founder of this amazing studio, I would love to welcome you and to share a little of the philosophy that makes our vibrant studio and radiant community stand out.

Community. Freedom. Compassion.

Give Yoga Memphis exists to encourage freedom of expression on and off the yoga mat.  We try to help people find joy & peace through movement, breath, and meditation. We hold a space for all styles of yoga, every level of practice, students of all ages, and stages of life.

Currently, we offer 21 Vinyasa classes, 10 Kundalini classes, Restorative, Prenatal, and a live music-infused blend of Kundalini and interpretive movement.  We offer classes at many different times throughout the day, so you can find classes that meet your schedule.

Our standard pricing model is similar to that of yoga studios across the United States - however - we are committed to making yoga accessible to more people. Every class at Give Yoga Memphis offers a “Give What You Can” price option. Our philosophy is simple: Don’t give up on yoga when times get tough, just give what you can. Students that can pay standard prices, continue to do so. It all works out in the end. We believe in the power of community.

Yoga is about coming together, and we know how to do it. Drop by to see what all the buzz is about.

Namaste,

Hannah Phillips
