2012 Kundalini Teacher Training taught Ana Brett and Ravi Singh start this February!

Welcome New Students!

We are thrilled you will be joining us!  If you haven’t been to our studio before, here are a few tips:

  1. We share parking with all of the nearby businesses except the pet store.  Our parking lot fills up quickly, so you may want to plan a couple minutes extra for parking.
  2. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to sign in and get settled.
  3. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing for practice.
  4. Try not  to eat at least 2 hours before your practice.  You will enjoy your practice much more!
  5. Let your teacher know about any injuries or health conditions before class begins. If you are new to yoga, this is important in helping make your practice safer and more enjoyable.
  6. If you are new to yoga, you will probably feel most comfortable in our Level 1 classes.
  7. Relax and know you are now among friends!

For the month of December, all of Linnea West's 10:30 am Thursday Foundations classes will be Yin Style.
