Class Style Descriptions

Foundations

Instruction will emphasize primary standing, seated and supine poses. You will gain greater body awareness and begin developing strength and flexibility.

Fusion

A dynamic duo! We will heat things up with a vigorous Vinyasa flow. Then, we will keep the fire stoked with an uplifting Kundalini set.  The class will be topped off with a deep relaxation and meditation.

Kundalini

A positive and powerful practice that uses special sequenced sets including movement, body postures, mantra, mudra, meditation, and breath to connect you with your true self - SAT NAM!

Kundification!

Awaken Body, Mind, and Soul to your creative Spirit.  This class combines Kundalini yoga, interpretive dance, and live music. Offered the last Friday of each month.

Prenatal Yoga

These special classes build community and help to prepare the body and mind for childbirth.  Classes include time for sharing and are specially modified for women in any stage of pregnancy.

Rise & Shine Kundalini

Enjoy a Kundalini-inspired hour of dynamic breath work and energy-moving kriyas paired with chant and meditation.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is a great introduction to Vinyasa Flow – moving from one pose into the next with strength and grace.  This class will ease you into the rhythm of Vinyasa Flow.  Enjoy!

Vinyasa Flow

This is the classic blend of breath and movement that liberates asana into a new realm. Bring your breath with you.
