Daniel LaMontagne will help you explore the many aspects of meditation that create openings for healing. A graduate of Christian Brothers University, he has completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Professional Training Program, under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn, at University Massachusetts Medical Center. Daniel has over 20 years teaching meditation classes. He has studied many different disciplines over the last thirty years, including Transcendental Meditation, Vipassana, Zen, Sum Faht, and Guided Visual. We will work with healing energy, intuition and movement. Many handouts and information are given. We also have fun!
